I picked a meal in my planner but received something else instead. Why did this happen?Updated 9 months ago

There are a couple of reasons this might have occurred:

This can happen from time to time when certain ingredients are out of season or if we're unable to source them from our local suppliers. To ensure that you always have a delightful selection of meals to enjoy, we introduce new dishes monthly, which might result in the temporary removal of some items.
  • As part of our commitment to keeping our menu fresh and exciting, we regularly introduce new meals to delight your taste buds. In such cases, we send out notification emails to our valued customers before the weekly cutoff, giving you an opportunity to update your selections and try our exciting new additions. If you don't update your preferences in time, we substitute the removed item with a delicious alternative from your meal plan.
