How do I change my delivery address?Updated 3 months ago

To update your delivery address for future orders, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Soulara account.
  2. Go to 'Manage Subscription'.
  3. Click on the 'Address and payment details' tab.
  4. Select 'Manage addresses', then 'Add a new address'.
  5. Ensure 'Use this address for all my products' is selected and enter the necessary information.
  6. Click 'Save address'.


These changes will affect your next order. For updates to an existing order after the cutoff date, please contact our support team at [email protected] or chat with us online.
