How to dispose of the packaging after storing your meals?Updated 10 months ago

We regret to inform you that our courier company does not offer the option of collecting the packaging materials after delivery, as much as we would appreciate this service. This is to avoid the risk of cross-contamination of different foods. However, you can recycle Soulara packaging, and we advise our customers to follow these steps:

• All our meal containers are recyclable with your regular plastic recycling. Please rinse them well before placing them in the recycling bin.
• The silver bags that contain your meals can be recycled in a soft plastics bin.
• The gel in the ice packs is non-toxic and water-soluble, so it can be safely disposed of in the sink or in a garden bed. If you choose to pour it down the drain, we recommend using some hot water afterwards to ensure it drains properly.
• The plastic part of the ice packs can be recycled with your regular plastic recycling.
• The cardboard boxes that your Soulara meals arrive in are 100% recyclable! Simply fold them and put them in the recycling bin.
