I had an unsuccessful payment and still want my delivery, can you process it for me?Updated 7 months ago

If there's a payment failure for your Soulara subscription, rest assured that we promptly notify you via email to help you resolve the issue.

For customers in regions with a cutoff the following day, your best option will be to update your payment details and select an alternative delivery day if available. For customers with a single cutoff per region, you may need to wait until the next cutoff. Please note that we are actively working on a solution to provide more flexibility in this regard. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
